Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.

We have one shipping option available:

Standard Shipping: 1-3 Business Days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, until 3pm CST.

ALL orders placed before 3pm CST, will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm CST and over the weekend, will be processed and shipped on Monday. All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS.

Processing time may be extended during sales and/or if your payment used at checkout cannot be verified. 

Once your package ships, you'll receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information.

Please read before preordering an item. Shipping dates will always be in the title of the preorder item and in the description of the item. If you order a preorder item with an in stock item, please note that the item will ship when all items are ready to be shipped. If you order more than one preorder item, we will wait until all items come in to ship your order. In the event the shipment is delayed for a preordered item customer will be contacted by Missunderstood Clothing with an order update.  We ry our best to put the most accurate ship date on our preorder items and when they are expected. Sometimes there are inevitable delays. We do apologize for any inconvenience in advance but will communicate in the event of a delayed preorder item.
